2. Description of Service
MyWedTime provides wedding planning tools including timeline builders, vendor management, run sheet creation, and export capabilities. We offer both free and premium (paid) features.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payment & Billing
Premium features are sold as one-time purchases. Prices are shown in Euros (€) and are subject to change. Payment processing is handled securely through third-party providers.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you submit to MyWedTime, including wedding details, vendor information, and guest lists. You grant us license to use this content solely to provide our services.
6. Limitation of Liability
MyWedTime is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to wedding day issues resulting from service disruptions.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your account if you violate these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
