Getting Started

The first time you log in, start from your dashboard and open Wedding Basics. Set your date, names, and venue first, then move into guests, budget, and vendors.

  1. Log in and go to your dashboard
  2. Open Wedding Basics from the dashboard or main navigation
  3. Enter your wedding date, couple names, venue, and ceremony/reception times
  4. Then continue with guests, budget, and your first vendors

Your Dashboard

Your dashboard is your planning home base. It should tell you what to do first, what can wait, and what the next best step is.

  1. Start with Wedding Basics to unlock the setup flow
  2. Add guests to begin RSVP tracking
  3. Set one total budget before you go into detail
  4. Add vendors, then compare quotes and payments later

Timeline & Roles

This page is your wedding-day plan. Use it later in planning to map the key moments of the day and who is responsible for each one.

  1. Go to Wedding Day → Timeline & Roles
  2. Click "Add block" and enter time, title, location, and owner
  3. Set the status: pending, confirmed, or done
  4. Reorder blocks with the ↑ ↓ arrows
  5. Use roles to keep the important responsibilities clear

Guests & RSVP

Track your guest list, RSVP responses, meal preferences, dietary requirements, and table assignments.

  1. Go to Guests in the main navigation
  2. Add guests one by one or import a CSV file
  3. Mark RSVP status: pending, confirmed, or declined
  4. Add meal preferences and dietary restrictions
  5. Assign guests to tables for the seating plan

Budget

Set your total wedding budget and track planned vs. actual spending across categories like venue, catering, photography, and flowers.

  1. Go to Budget in the navigation
  2. Enter your total budget
  3. Add expense categories and estimate costs
  4. Update actual amounts as you pay deposits and invoices
  5. See at a glance if you're on track or over budget

Vendors

Start by adding the suppliers you are seriously considering. Once you have options, compare quotes and then track payments after booking.

  1. Go to Vendors in the navigation
  2. Add each vendor with name, type, contact, and quoted cost
  3. Use Vendor Quotes once you have options to compare
  4. Move to Vendor Payments after a supplier is selected
  5. Add day-of arrival times later, closer to the wedding

Live Wedding Day

These tools are for the final stretch. Use Timeline & Roles to prepare the day, then open Live Wedding Day when the wedding gets close.

  1. Go to Wedding Day → Timeline & Roles
  2. Build your timeline by adding key moments in order
  3. Check off critical items as you confirm vendors and details
  4. Assign roles (best man, maid of honor, etc.) with their tasks
  5. Use Live Wedding Day close to the event for real-time focus

Language & Settings

Use Wedding Basics for your core setup. Use Wedding Settings for language, subscription, hotel blocks, and the rest.

  1. Go to Wedding Settings in the navigation
  2. Choose Language: English or Ελληνικά
  3. Set your preferred currency (EUR, GBP, USD)
  4. Open Wedding Basics whenever you need to edit your date, names, or venue
